Real talk, we have a diversity problem in Adland. I know I’m just a white cis female but we all have a responsibility to step things forward. This is why I am passionate about helping diverse young people find their way into our agencies, our clients, and our suppliers. I have worked with non-profit organisations like Assisterhood and Youngbloods to help nudge the needle. The below are a sample of the projects that I am proud to have been a part of.
