We’re better together
The brief was to reunite ING with the broker audience. There was some water under the bridge so to speak thanks to a sub-par product. We decided not to just reunite them, but get them to fall back in love with each other.
With that in mind, we launched a long term platform to communicate with the broker audience with all the tropes of a romance story.
You see, there are lots of things brokers love, things that only ING can understand. They just get each other. They go with brokers like salt goes with pepper, yin goes with yang and shoulder pads go with the 80s. What we’re trying to say is, they’re better together.
